Orders are processed and shipped from our store in Te Whanganui-A-Tara from Monday –Friday. Orders placed outside of our opening hours will be sent out on the next business day. 

Estimated delivery timeframes and tracking numbers will be provided to you by our courier partners once your order has been processed. Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays once your order has been collected from our store. 

Orders require a signature upon delivery and we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Rural deliveries may incur extra charges, if this applies we’ll be in touch before we ship your order

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@sullys.co.nz Once the return is arranged, you must send it back to us within seven days. 

Full price items purchased online are valid for an exchange, voucher or refund. We don't accept returns for discounted items.
