Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed and shipped from our store in Te Whanganui-A-Tara from Monday–Friday. Orders placed outside of our opening hours will be sent out on the next business day.
Estimated delivery timeframes and tracking numbers will be provided to you by our courier partners once your order has been processed. Please note, we are not responsible for any delivery delays once your order has been collected from our store.
Orders require a signature upon delivery and we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Rural deliveries may incur extra charges, if this applies we’ll be in touch before we ship your order

Customs & Duty
International deliveries may be subject to additional import duties and taxes upon their arrival in your country. We are not responsible for any customs charges or clearance delays.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@sullys.co.nz. Once the return is arranged, you must send it back to us within seven days. We will happily exchange any items bought on sale or at a discounted price for the same value or higher. Please note, we don’t offer refunds on sale or discounted items.
Full price items are valid for an exchange, voucher or refund.
All returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached and all original packaging. Damaged, worn and laundered items will not be accepted.
