For a smooth and comfortable experience, always use the Kansa Gua Sha on adequately moisturised skin. Apply with a facial oil to prevent any pulling, tugging, or dryness. Use deep, slow, and gentle sweeping motions from the centre of the face outwards, aiming to sculpt, lift, and define the skin. Pay special attention to areas such as the forehead, eye contours, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and the jawline. Extend this technique from the back of your neck to the front and along the sides to promote circulation, stimulate blood flow, encourage lymphatic drainage, facilitate the release of toxins, alleviate water retention, and reduce puffiness. For an extra cooling effect, refrigerate prior to use.
Do not use on facial areas with existing injuries, active acne, or following recent trauma or surgery. It’s advisable to avoid its use during illness, particularly when experiencing flu-like symptoms. Prioritise the health and well-being of your skin by being mindful of these conditions when incorporating Gua Sha massage into your skincare routine. Be gentle and slow. Do not overdo or overstimulate your skin.
To clean your Kansa Gua Sha, wash with soap and water then polish dry with a clean microfiber cloth.
